CANCELLATION GUARANTEE
You can take out a travel cancellation insurance for an extra cost of €20.
The warranty covers the following cases:
- Inability to attend the event:
guarantees you a 100% refund of the travel fee in case of inability to participate in the event (a copy of the medical certificate attesting the inability to participate is required)
- Event cancellation:
guarantees you a 100% refund in case of cancellation of the event by the organization (which could only happen in the case of decrees that make it impossible to carry it out)
The guarantee must be requested at the time of booking and paid upon registration.
The refund excludes the cost of the cancellation guarantee itself and the €30 handling fee.
